In Absolute Duo, every person has the ability to create a weapon out of thin air. The interesting fact is that the weapons are somehow made from their soul. In this 12-episode series, there is special pair that is the main focus. The location for this series is in high school, where they learn to control their weapons. Being a part of a pair is supposed encourage each other reach the highest potential possible called 'absolute duo'.
This series, though I enjoyed it, I was a little frustrated. The reason for my frustration is the way it ended. I have not looked into it, so I am not sure, but it felt as though there was going to be more to come. I felt like the story was not over. There is no guarantee for a second season of this anime, however, I will definitely not complain if there was a season two. The way the fight scenes where depicted were fascinating. It is easy to put all the effort in one fight scene over others. I did not get the feeling that they neglected the quality of any fighting scenes.
In my unprofessional opinion, this anime should be seen at least one time in your anime adventures. It is worth the watch, there are moments that were comedic, some interesting plot-twists and the storyline in general was a delight. Now that you have read my opinion, what is yours?
